It has a franchise agreement to operate most of its hotels as part of The Luxury Collection of Marriott International. Beyond has developed the ‘Brand Love’ Strategy and narrated the ‘Brand Love Story’ for the Luxury Collection hotels.
ITC GRAND CENTRAL, MUMBAI
ITC Grand Central’s Brand Love Story is titled ‘Remembering Bombay’. The brand story revolves around the British Era and celebrates the marvelous architecture of Bombay city and its culture. The Fort campus of the University of Mumbai and Rajabai Tower, Saint Xavier’s College, The Secretariat, Telegraph Office, Wilson College, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus are fine examples of British gothic architecture within the city. ITC Grand Central hotel is designed by the renowned architect Mr. Hafeez Contractor and his key inspiration was the architectural monuments of Bombay city.

ITC GRAND CENTRAL, MUMBAI
ITC Grand Central’s Brand Love Story is titled ‘Remembering Bombay’. The brand story revolves around the British Era and celebrates the marvelous architecture of Bombay city and its culture. Bombay Chai (Tea) is one of the Iranian Café culture which prominently existed in Bombay city. The large influx of Iranians into Bombay and the opening of Irani Tea shops and restaurants in the late 19th and early 20th centuries changed the way citizens ate, socialised and shopped. What made these Irani Chai (tea) so different is the Milky, Creamy appearance and Taste of Tea. Bombay Chai was a special menu designed for the coffee shop of ITC Grand Central celebrating the Iranian cafes.
ITC MARATHA, MUMBAI
ITC Maratha’s Brand Love Story is titled ‘Living Maharashtra’. The brand story revolves around the Maratha and Peshwa rule of Maharashtra state. Every touch point of the hotel celebrates the history, people and culture of Maharashtra state and Maharashtrian Hindu community. Every floor is dedicated to a series of art celebrating Maharashtra art & culture viz. Paintings of famous Ajanta Ellora caves of lord Buddha, Warli Art of Maharashtra, Peshwa clothes miniatures, and many more such lovely walkthroughs. Beyond extended the story of Maratha into a 3 day festival titled ‘Celebrating Maharashtra’. The event had Warli Artists performing Live Art, Live Maharashtrian folk music performs and even a special food menu of famous Maharashtrian recipe.
Beyond extended the ‘Living Maharashtra’ Brand Story of ITC Maratha into a 3 day Annual Festival titled ‘Celebrating Maharashtra’ event on 1-3rd May. The event had Warli Artists performing Live Art in the lobby area engaging customer in local Maharashtrian Art. Every guest of the hotel was served the authentic ‘Karanji’ (a pastry stuffed with a sweet filling of coconut, nuts and dry fruits) sweet along with an invite to be part of the ITC Grand Central – Celebrating Maharashtra event.
Celebrating Maharashtra – Food Festival & Folk Music Performance
Evenings of the ITC Maratha’s ‘Celebrating Maharashtra’ was highly engaging for the guests. The Peshwa Pavilion celebrated ‘Maharashtrian Food Festival’ blended with Live! Music performed by Maharashtrian folk music artists. A special menu was designed for the guests.
